HUAPU ----Supports Digital Hospital Development at Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital

HUAPU supplied patient calling and queue information displays to support the digital infrastructure development of Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital in Xining, Qinghai, China. The project included two complementary display formats: 21.5-inch consultation room calling displays and 32-inch queue information displays.

HUAPU’s contribution focused on display hardware for two key stages of the outpatient journey: waiting for a consultation and responding to a call at the consultation room entrance.

The 21.5-inch consultation room calling displays provide a dedicated screen for presenting calling information at room entrances. This format is intended to help patients identify the relevant consultation point and follow calling instructions more easily.

The 32-inch queue information displays provide a larger viewing area for presenting queue information in shared waiting spaces. They are intended to help patients follow the consultation sequence and prepare for their turn. The information shown depends on the hospital’s connected calling system and content configuration.

Together, the two display formats support a more consistent approach to patient information across waiting areas and consultation room entrances. The intended benefits include clearer guidance, less uncertainty during the waiting process, and more orderly patient movement.

Through this project, HUAPU contributed practical display equipment to the hospital’s information infrastructure, supporting its development of a more accessible and organized outpatient service environment.
